About Garden Companions

Garden Companions was created from a lifelong love of plants and a belief that gardens have the power to bring beauty, wellbeing and connection with nature into our everyday lives.

After a career in education, I retrained in horticulture with the RHS gaining a qualification in The Principles of Plant Growth & Development alongside additional training in propagation and soil analysis at RHS Wisley. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture.

I believe that learning is a lifelong journey and I am continuing mine at Merrist Wood College, developing my garden design skills and broadening my knowledge of plants and how they can have a positive impact on communities.

Today Garden Companions supports homeowners, property management companies, schools and retirement communities through garden and outdoor space reviews, horticultural learning and hands-on activities.
